Start by sitting on the floor with your legs out in front of you and arms behind you.

You can point your fingers behind you or out slightly to the sides.

Place your feet flat on the floor, knees bent and push your hips up towards the sky until your body becomes parallel.

Keeping your glutes contracted and hips pushed up, contract your abs and bring your right hand and left foot together.

Reverse the motion and then repeat on the alternate side.

Its hard to group this exercise into a category as it hits the whole body, as you will find out when you give it a go.
